Returns & Refunds policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All our products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase.

Because of the downloadable and non-returnable nature of our digital content, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following exceptional cases:

• You made a duplicate payment for the same order

• You did not receive access despite successful payment (technical error)

• The product link was invalid and support failed to resolve the issue within 72 hours

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria above, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with:

• Your payment receipt

• Your registered WhatsApp number or email

• A brief description of the issue

4. No Refund Scenarios

We will not provide refunds if:

• You changed your mind after purchase

• You expected content not listed on the sales page

• You claim technical issues but refuse to cooperate with support

• You attempt to abuse the refund policy

5. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to blacklisting from future services, and we may submit evidence to dispute the claim.
